This course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience of mindfulness and meditation. It consists of eight two hour sessions on consecutive weeks and one all ­day session on a Saturday.

These sessions are an opportunity for people who have done a mindfulness course and want continued support going forward.

One To One Sessions

These are available for beginners or more advanced practitioners at my Chelsea clinic and on Skype. They suit people with very busy schedules or those who do not want to work in a group. The appointments can be ad hoc introduction sessions or they can be a full 8­Week MBSR/MBCT schedule done in a one to one setting.

Taster Session

These short two ­hour introductions are ideal for people who have heard about mindfulness but are unsure whether they want to book a course. They are a chance to meet the teacher and get a brief introduction to the principles and practice of mindfulness.
Participants are welcome to graduate to more in ­depth courses and will receive a £10 off voucher.
