One Day Course

This short, intensive course is ideal for beginners who simply cannot find the time to do the 8­ Week MBSR/MBCT course. The course will provide you with a solid understanding of what mindfulness is and will start you on the path to mindfulness training at your own pace. You will be provided with all the materials you need to continue to practice and you can receive continued support from the teacher. You will also be able to sign up to the more intense 8 Week Program at a discounted price.


£85 for 7 hours training, including course booklet and practice material downloads.

Course Content

The day will consist of a series of short talks about aspects of mindfulness such as
  • Definitions of Mindfulness
  • Brief History of Mindfulness
  • Scientific Research into Mindfulness
  • Benefits and problems with Mindfulness
It will also contain plenty of practice of the techniques along with teacher guidance and discussion. The day will set you up to start a regular practice of your own with the downloadable practice tracks. The teacher can be available for further support.
